Return Policy

Due to concerns of COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns.
Normally, our return period is 3 days after delivery. If 3 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery will not be accepted for return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, we require proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (meaning no signs of wear or tear). It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Processing time from start to finish may vary but generally may take up to 30 days during certain busy periods, provided all requirements are met. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the time stated above. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by many banks.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so make sure tracking is available.
